Senior Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in various tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Physical demands: Excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail and/or management experience required
