Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:

• Selling and profitability
• Staff development
• Expense and shrinkage control
• Merchandising and inventory control

All tasks are conducted in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Physical demands: Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience required

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly rate range: $19.10 - $19.35 per hour
• Maximum weekly hours: Up to 38 hours
