Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks: ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, all while adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

This position works up to 38 hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required
