Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Work up to 38 hours per week
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Physical demands: Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
