Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- Developing staff
- Controlling expenses and shrinkage
- Merchandising and inventory control
All tasks are conducted in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
Pay and Schedule
- Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $19.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
