Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:

• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Merchandising and inventory control

All tasks are conducted in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail and/or management experience required

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate ranges from $16.77 - $17.02 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
• This position works up to 38 hours per week.
