Job Summary
The Senior Assistant Program Manager supports the daily operations of a Specialized Adult Foster Care (AFC) program, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to Direct Support Professionals and Shift Managers. This role works closely with the Program Manager to ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, person-centered care, and a safe, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Administer employee relations and evaluations
- Create and submit monthly reports
- Aid in the hiring and onboarding process
- Ensure team compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promote positive relationships and independence among residents
- Provide transportation and community participation support
- Offer personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Administer medication and monitor health

Preferred What You Bring

- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
- Pass required background checks
