Responsibilities
- Procurement and Administrative Services Manager: Manage procurement and contract administration, develop and implement policies and procedures, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Housing Specialist I: Ensure files are compliant with assistance programs, perform caseload responsibilities, and maintain a caseload of regular, interim, and special certifications.
- Senior Project Manager: Oversee projects and initiatives in support of affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs.
- Senior Asset Manager: Plan and manage the asset management function of AHA’s real estate portfolio, conduct financial and regulatory performance reviews, and provide assistance to Directors of Housing Development and Property Operations.
- Director of Housing Programs: Assist with planning, organizing, managing, and providing administrative direction for the Housing Programs Department.
- Asset Management Specialist: Perform specialized technical work in support of asset management and property operations functions, including operational monitoring and asset management analysis.
- Assistant Director of Property Operations: Oversee policies and programs to prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing, especially among special needs populations.

- Procurement and Administrative Services Manager: Salary Range 45, $155,715 – $189,267 per year
- Housing Specialist I: Salary Range 19, $42.34 – $51.48/hour
- Senior Project Manager: Salary Range 45, $155,715 – $189,267 per year
- Senior Asset Manager: Salary Range 45, $155,715 – $189,267 per year
- Director of Housing Programs: Salary Range 56, $203,582 – $247,451 per year
- Asset Management Specialist: Salary Range 23, $46.69 – $56.75 per hour
- Assistant Director of Property Operations: Salary Range 46, $159,503 to $193,893 per year
