Senior Art Producer

A Senior Art Producer manages the end-to-end creation of visual assets, bridging the gap between creative vision and project execution. They lead art teams, manage budgets and schedules, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional pipelines to deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.

  • Budgeting & Estimations: Develop cost estimates, negotiate budgets, and track all expenses across the production lifecycle.
  • Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, bid, and source top-tier talent, including photographers, directors, illustrators, production companies, and post-production studios, in and out of WPP Network.
  • Pre-production & On-set Oversight: Facilitate casting, location scouting, and wardrobe approvals. Ensure on-set creative aligns with agency and client goals.
  • Contract & Rights Management: Oversee licensing and usage rights to ensure all assets are legally cleared for distribution.
  • Post-Production Coordination: Traffic assets through editing, retouching, color grading, and final delivery, ensuring approval through Creative, Product and Legal.
  • Team Development: Actively mentor junior production staff on negotiation tactics, budgeting workflows, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Has 6+ years in advertising production, an in-house brand agency or production studio.
  • Negotiation Skills: Holds a solid track record of handling high-stakes vendor contracts and budget negotiations.
  • Vendor Network: Maintains a well-established network of industry contacts (producers, photographers, and production houses).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Excels at seamlessly collaborating with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Account Teams, Cross-channel Producers and Legal/Business Affairs.
  • Organization: Holds strong project management capabilities while juggling multiple fast-paced campaigns simultaneously.

Pay

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $85,000 to $95,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
