About the role
We are seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the creative vision, ideation, and artistic direction of our brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in advertising agencies, with a deep understanding of industry trends and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate design trends into impactful graphic concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop visually engaging ideas, translating across various media (TV, Digital, Print, Branded Content, Social) to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with the highest standards of creativity and brand consistency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creative teams, cross-functional partners, and external partners, collaborating effectively to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating new techniques and approaches into creative processes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present creative concepts and designs internally, incorporating feedback to ensure project success.
- Guide the activities of both internal and external creative partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional creative work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines, allocating resources effectively, and meeting deadlines while focusing on delivering creative excellence.
- Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8-10 years advertising agency experience.
- Proven ability to research and translate design trends into graphic concepts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual communication techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate creative concepts, strategies, and design decisions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate client briefs into impactful creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent project and time management skills, and attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
