Senior Architectural Revit Detailer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate and fully coordinated construction documents using Revit software.
• Produce architectural drawings, details, schedules, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and firm standards.
• Coverage with internal team members and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems.
• Review drawings for quality control, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute technical expertise throughout all project phases.
• Experience with shop drawing review and specifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce complex architectural documentation independently.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, detailing, building assemblies, and construction methods.
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working on commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed use projects.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and consultant collaboration.
• Bachelor's or professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Knowledge of simple structural calculations.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Schedule

In Person from our Elk Grove, IL office (open to negotiating hybrid).
