Senior Architectural Planner
Job Duties
Lead space planning and programming efforts alongside PAYETTE project leadership
Facilitate workshops and client meetings
Direct and produce data visualizations, design drawings, diagrams, and presentations
Develop processes and tools for the Space Strategies group and broader PAYETTE practice
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture; 10+ years of experience
- Deep expertise in academic and/or laboratory planning and design
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, or campus planning
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Collaborative working style with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Revit, and/or PowerBI
