Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new technologies to improve vessel performance and sustainability
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate advanced systems
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages
- Lead project teams through the entire product development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in maritime technology or related field
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
- Experience with software development and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of maritime industry standards and regulations
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and project site visits
Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools
- Understanding of marine engineering principles
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
