Senior Architect, DevSecOps

Support

Support internal and external customers in solutioning and troubleshooting issues with the Digital Customer and Telematics services platform.

Represent company brand and technology to OEM and B2B partners.

Responsibilities

• Own technology platform intake processes for enhancements and defects.
• Perform hands-on API integration, log analysis, and active troubleshooting across components teams.
• Document technical flaws and diagrams, and present them to internal and external customers’ technical staff, sales and product staff, and executive staff.
• Cook up platform improvements by coordinating across product agile pods with engineering and product.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or a software developer/engineer position.
• Or, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or a software developer/engineer position.
• All of the required experience must have included working with API-first SaaS based services, RESTful services, and REST APIs through Postman, CURL or similar tool;
• Diagramming and documenting technical flows and procedures;
• Using tools Plant UML, Visio, or Lucid chart;
• Coding in any language and applying software engineering best practices;
• Working in cloud computing environment using AWS;
• Working with authentication flows around OAuth, SSO, and IDM;
• Working with RDBMS databases and using SQL.

DNI

This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Irving, TX office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
