Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our dynamic St. George office. This position offers the chance to work on meaningful projects and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work on all phases of design, including programming, conceptual design, and construction documents.
• Contribute ideas, evaluate options, and implement creative and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate systems and manage project timelines.
• Grow as a leader by mentoring others, coordinating tasks, and managing multiple priorities.
• Support the permitting process, respond to submittals and RFIs, and ensure designs comply with codes and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Architecture (required).
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of design software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Effective communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
• A license is preferred but not required.
