Senior Architect
About The Position
Pond, an Enercon company, is seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years of related architectural design experience to join our Architecture team in Peachtree Corners, GA; Cumberland, GA; or Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate will lead, grow, collaborate, and innovate in the data center mission-critical business unit, working closely with clients and building our emerging architectural data center practice.
Responsibilities
- Work with data center mission-critical business unit leaders to meet with clients and build the architectural data center practice
- Prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents
- Follow project design guides and templates, and research materials and assemble details
- Mentor junior/mid-level design professionals and support proposal efforts
- Manage design projects spanning multiple clients and geographies
- Move quickly and efficiently through design stages from concept plans to construction documentation
Qualifications
- Accredited degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of architectural design experience
- Previous experience with data center design
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Registered Architect License
- Excellent teamwork, multi-tasking, and self-motivation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Preference for metro Atlanta location, but open to remote or other Pond/Enercon office positions
