Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and minimum 12 years’ experience
- Minimum 8+ years in enterprise IT solution architecture or technical leadership preferred
- 3+ years as a solution architect on enterprise-level pursuits ($25M+ TCV) with significant solution design responsibility
- Demonstrated architecture experience across at least three domains: cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI), application modernization, cybersecurity/zero trust, data/AI-ML, IT operations, DevSecOps, enterprise platforms, etc.
- Track record of contributing to winning competitive proposals - translating customer requirements into deliverable solutions
- Experience presenting architectures to internal leadership, gate review panels, and federal customers
- Working understanding of federal acquisition processes, evaluation methodologies, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, CMMC)
- Strong technical writing and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- US Citizenship required; Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with federal civilian agencies
- Professional certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, TOGAF, or SAFe Architect, etc.
- Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, post-quantum cryptography, AIOps, and other emerging technologies
- Background in ITIL, Agile/SAFe delivery, DevSecOps CI/CD, and price-to-win analysis
