Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 8-10 post-licensure years of professional experience, including substantial experience working with municipal clients and private developers.
- 12-15 years of total proven professional experience in architecture, with a focus on working with municipal clients and private sector developers preferred.
- Prominent experience in managing large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through all phases of design and project delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of municipal processes, zoning, permitting, and regulations.
- Business development experience with a track record of successfully securing new projects and building client relationships.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
- LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications is desirable
