Senior Architect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect with a minimum of 8-10 post-licensure years of professional experience, including substantial experience working with municipal clients and private developers.
• 12-15 years of total proven professional experience in architecture, with a focus on working with municipal clients and private sector developers preferred.
• Prominent experience in managing large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through all phases of design and project delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of municipal processes, zoning, permitting, and regulations.
• Business development experience with a track record of successfully securing new projects and building client relationships.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
• LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications is desirable
