Senior Appraiser
About the role
The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include data collection and market research, analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, analyzing revenue and expense performance, estimating of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales, detailed cost analyses, and drawing market comparisons in developing opinions of value.

Requirements
- Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation
- 7+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport Cushman & Wakefield

- Bachelor’s degree required

Pay
The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: salary + fee-split and expected annual compensation of $100,000 - $250,000.
