Position Overview
The Sr IT Applications Analyst provides Tier 3 operational ownership for assigned enterprise applications, including administration and maintenance; availability and incident/problem/change/knowledge management; upgrades/patching coordination; vendor/SLA oversight and escalation; and integrations/interfaces. The position is remote and operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. The starting salary range is between $90,000-125,000, with final compensation based on qualifications and experience.
How Senior Applications Analysts Empower Recovery
- Serve as technical SME and overall responsibility for assigned application(s)
- Manage communication with end-users (notification of outages, upgrades, patching, etc.)
- Maintain Business Owner relationships
- Partner with Business Owner of the application to document business use
- Manage licensing, billing and financial responsibilities
Education & Experience
- Four-year Computer Science, IT or relevant college degree or 5+ years’ experience working in IT roles
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT application development, QA, business analysis or project management
- Experience in IT service management or systems analysis preferred
