We're looking for an Application Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence in power systems and protection schemes.

What You’ll Do

  • Work on Complex Projects: Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Promote Schneider Electric’s Safety-First culture in every aspect of your work.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s LV/MV power systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of: Power systems and protection schemes, Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes, Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
  • Experience and proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850.
  • Experience executing complex relay-based ATO schemes over IEC61850.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is {{PAY_RANGE}} per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
