Senior Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Specializes in planning, designing, and developing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications from concept phase to series production used in local, networked, cloud based or internet related computer programs.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications.
• Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs.
• Codes in relevant languages.
• Applies advanced knowledge of sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Manages products, systems and/or projects/processes, and works independently with limited supervision.
• Addresses IT function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
