Senior Application Consultant

About the Role

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used. They provide a clear demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what requires customizations or extensions to the application.

In this role, you will functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize business or technical solutions by leveraging colleagues and partners.
• Lead process improvements and conduct "as-is/to-be" analysis on business processes and/or IT.
• Advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.
• Facilitate workshops, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain in-depth mastery of at least one methodology and advanced knowledge of one or more business domains and SaaS or package software solutions.
• Stay informed about industry innovations and competitor activity, contributing to internal and external knowledge development.
• Act as an active member within technology communities.

• Solution knowledge and consulting skills to drive process improvements and IT analysis.
• Maintain certifications on SaaS or package-based solutions and relevant methodologies.
