About the Role

As the primary analyst and application owner for Epic Phoenix/Transplant, you'll take ownership of day-to-day application support while helping drive optimization, enhancements, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst and application owner for Epic Phoenix (Transplant)
• Provide business-as-usual support, including incident resolution, ticket management, break/fix, and ongoing maintenance
• Lead application build, configuration, workflow optimization, and small enhancements
• Support Epic upgrades through integrated testing, regression testing, release planning, UAT, and go-live activities
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve and optimize transplant workflows
• Independently manage and lead the application while serving as a trusted subject matter expert
• Participate in a day-call rotation supporting Pacific Time hours

Requirements

• Epic Phoenix (Transplant) certification required
• Experience as a primary analyst, application owner, application lead, or SME
• Strong production support, build, and optimization experience
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to independently lead an application
