Senior Appian Developer

About the Role

As an Appian Senior/Lead Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Appian applications, including SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, and integrations. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient low-code solutions and work in an Agile delivery environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian applications
• Integrate Appian with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Web Services, RPA, and databases
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient low-code solutions
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• 9+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience
• Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification
• Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise-grade Appian solutions
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Appian platform capabilities and best practices
• Experience with integrating Appian with various enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
