Location: Malvern, PA
Responsibilities
- Application Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
- System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
- Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
- Certifications: Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,000 to $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
