Senior Apparel Technical Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon‑Fri

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend or convert)

Compensation Range: $50‑56/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead garment fit and construction processes to ensure products meet performance, sustainability, and profitability standards.
• Create and revise comprehensive tech packs, specifications, and prototype documentation to streamline manufacturing.
• Partner with design, materials, and vendor teams to resolve construction challenges and improve product manufacturability.
• Monitor product testing and prototyping workflows to deliver proven, market‑ready apparel on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical design experience in the apparel industry, covering the full development lifecycle from pattern making to production.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software including Adobe Illustrator, Optitex, and 3D design tools like Clo or Browzwear.
• Strong portfolio or history of executing precise product specs, technical construction standards, and factory tech packs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or equivalent practical creation experience.
