About the role
The VP of Business Development and Director of Touring roles at Manhead are seeking experienced professionals to join our team. The VP of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing business strategies to grow the company's revenue and market share. The Director of Touring oversees all aspects of artist tours, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with venues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the company's revenue and market share
- Oversee all aspects of artist tours, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with venues
- Work closely with artists, managers, and other industry professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully growing business and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in the music industry preferred
- Knowledge of touring logistics and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
