Senior Angular Developer (f/m/x)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Angular Developer responsible for feature development and continuous improvement of our leading real-time auction platform. Your primary focus will be to develop new features for our existing single-page applications and build new apps from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance single-page applications, primarily focused on refining and enhancing our core platform
• Actively participate in architecture and design decisions
• Write testable, scalable and maintainable code
• Optimize performance and rendering for frequent realtime interactions
• Architect and improve automation and tooling around build processes, deployment and developer efficiency

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of complex single-page applications
• Profound knowledge in Angular and TypeScript development
• Deep understanding of browser rendering, phasing, and processing pipelines (on all major browsers)
• Profound knowledge in a stylesheet language (Sass, LESS)
• Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with WebDriverIO (or a well-reasoned alternative)
• Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments in concert with our DevOps specialists
• Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the SPA and assets
• Profound knowledge in writing unit, component and e2e tests
• Experience with GraphQL and REST
• Committed personality with good English skills
• Eager to learn and enjoying a self-responsible way of working
• EU citizen or valid work permit for the EU
• Country of residence: Austria or Germany

Pay

Salary range starts at EUR 69,300 gross per year. We offer a higher salary in line with your experience and skills.

Schedule

• Fulltime, permanent
• Weekly hours of work: 38.5 hours
• Overtime compensation for 5 hours per week included in salary

Location: In-office in Leoben (Austria) or full/partial remote work possible (European time zones only).
