Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture of machine learning systems
- Advisory work with C-suite stakeholders on AI strategy
- Guide delivery teams from proof-of-concept to production deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Experience leading complex projects across multiple domains
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level AI implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful AI implementations
- Experience with major AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of data science methodologies and tools
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and models
- Expertise in data preprocessing and model evaluation
- Proficient in Python and/or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
