About the role
We're looking for an AI Business Analyst to gather requirements and optimize processes. This role involves building product features and running analyses on a massive data set (7,000+ companies first-party data co-op + large public database).
Responsibilities
- Build product features and run analyses on top of our massive data set.
- Leverage LLMs for data enrichment & tagging.
- Work with technical and non-technical partners from various teams to explore decisions and trade-offs.
- Design data models using dbt and design pipelines for Machine Learning or LLM models.
- Ensure the reliability of these models using ML/LLM ops techniques.
- Conduct intelligent 10-15 minute voice or text-based interviews with your teams to rapidly capture institutional knowledge.
- Learn from each conversation, cross-reference information, and analyze findings to deliver actionable insights.
- Support automation projects, uncover root causes to significant problems, and document complex process optimizations.
- Turn tribal knowledge into institutional knowledge by creating a private, secure knowledge base accessible to the organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, or other highly analytical, data-oriented roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL databases and queries, as well as experience designing data models using dbt.
- Working knowledge of Python and cloud-based data warehouse platforms (Snowflake and Athena in particular).
- Commitment to applying software engineering best practices in an analytics setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Athena.
