Senior Analyst - Trustee Reporting and Controls

What You'll Do

You'll play a critical role in supporting the Corporate Trust business by:

  • Modeling newly onboarded CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities
  • Maintaining ongoing compliance calculations
  • Producing trustee reporting relied upon by arrangers, managers and investors
  • Develop, maintain, improve reporting solutions
  • Analyze large data sets
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure reporting and compliance needs by the business are met while operating within legal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal parties to ensure accurate, timely and compliant calculations
  • Build, maintain and validate compliance and reporting dashboards and tools
  • Identify and develop automation techniques from available technology to produce efficient and effective processes
  • Perform scenario updates, test result validation, and reconciliations, aligned with internal control requirements and standard modeling practices
  • Understand business unit reporting and analytical needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks that help drive strategic decisions
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Design and implement systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing thorough validation and quality checks
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and improve efficiency

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal documents, indentures, and loan/portfolio data relating to CLO and Leverage Loan Facilities
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Intermediate experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
  • Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO platforms is a plus
  • Experience building or maintaining reporting solutions in Power BI (modeling, DAX, report layouts, data transformation)

Compensation

The salary range for new hires is generally $129,995.00 - $160,581.00 for Boston, MA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
