Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce CRM Supports specialty group purchasing operations by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business requirements across Sales, Operations, and IT teamsAnalyze CRM workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvementsDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for development teamsServe as liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams throughout the project lifecycleAnalyze CRM data to identify trends, measure solution impact, and support data-driven decisions Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of business analyst experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce CRMStrong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, and automationProficiency with requirements tools like JIRA and ConfluenceExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
