About the role

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in optimizing end-to-end transportation and facility-to-facility operations across a large-scale, high-volume distribution network. This role leverages data, technology, and cross-functional partnerships to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain and transportation processes across multiple nodes
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of escalated issues across shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns
  • Enable consistent operational execution by setting clear expectations with suppliers and carriers and providing field-level guidance
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using lean principles and end-to-end cost analysis
  • Build and influence cross-functional partnerships to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience independently driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced supply chain or operations environments
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, operations, and support teams
  • Experience managing escalations and solving complex operational challenges
  • Working knowledge of lean methodologies and cost optimization principles
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a bias for action and results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

  • Masters: Business, Masters: Logistics, Masters: Supply Chain
