What You'll Do

  • Own material cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for raw materials, packaging, processing, and transfer pricing, ensuring accurate standard costing and cost transparency across the business.
  • Monitor and analyze material cost drivers, including supplier price changes, feedstock trends, FX movements, tariffs, and market indices, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Lead variance analysis and cost performance reviews, identifying key drivers, quantifying business impacts, and escalating significant deviations to support timely decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Global stakeholders to validate costing assumptions, incorporate supplier savings initiatives, and align forecasts with business objectives.
  • Develop financial models, scenarios, and impact assessments for commodity, tariff, sourcing, and other market changes to support forecasting, planning, and risk management.
  • Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities by challenging assumptions, analyzing supplier pricing structures, and supporting strategic sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 3–5 years of Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or Cost Accounting experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
  • Experience with material costing, CoGS analysis, or manufacturing finance.
  • Ability to analyze commodity, supplier, and market cost drivers.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Pay Range

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $95,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
