About The Role

The Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst supports Barry’s in defining and evaluating strategic growth and optimization initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Talent, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments. The ideal candidate is a data-driven thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-impact strategic initiatives by conducting analyses, research, financial modeling, and developing executive-level presentations to communicate insights and business implications.
  • Leverage data and advanced analytics to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations across functions.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance.
  • Evaluate partnership and business development opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and strategic fit assessments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, manage workstreams, and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or advanced analytics firm, or a similar role requiring strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau); experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from ideation to execution while balancing detail and strategic perspective.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Interest in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Must be available to work at our corporate HQ in New York, NY.

Pay

$90,000 - $95,000 USD per year (New York).
