About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Programmatic owns strategic planning and campaign execution for an assigned client. This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring the Senior Analyst to independently generate strategic insights for campaigns and implement them with the support of Programmatic Analysts. The role involves training Programmatic Analysts on client-specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies, and guiding best practices for client communication.

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently and in support of Campaign Managers.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life cycle.
  • Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in the team’s shared document repository.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports.
  • Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
  • Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments.
  • Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaigns.
  • Work with technology partners to secure support for daily campaign management and implementation questions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience within programmatic advertising, working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, billing systems, and other supply platforms.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Prisma, IAS or Double Verify, and DCM.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.
  • Direct IO management is a plus.

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
