About the role
The Senior Analyst, Procurement supports Collins Aerospace by securing materials, services, and supplier support for technical programs. This role is located in Anaheim, CA and involves managing procurement activities, resolving issues, and collaborating with engineering and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out procurement processes and operational plans
- Prepare and manage purchase orders
- Support RFPs, bid packages, and cost analysis
- Monitor supplier performance and contract performance
- Communicate with suppliers and resolve issues
- Compile price proposals and financial reports
- Support pricing discussions and approve payments
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting customer-facing supply chain activities
- Previous customer service experience in a supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or related field
- Experience using Epicor or a similar ERP system
Qualifications
- Passport holder
- U.S. Person as per 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20)
- No security clearance required
