- Own day-to-day QA routines for automated price/promo changes and ensure accuracy across systems during frequent promotional cycles.
- Partner with Tech/Data/AI to ensure data quality, automation logic integrity, and smooth writeback into Hybris / promotional systems (including issue triage and root-cause analysis).
- Analyze booking and demand trends to recommend pricing guardrails, discount depth ranges, and offer design improvements (segmented vs targeted offers), balancing conversion and profitability.
- Identify product/category opportunities (e.g., Beverage, Shorex, Internet, Dining, Spa) where automation can drive incremental revenue or operational simplification.
- Work closely with Legal, Brand, Marketing/E-commerce, Digital, AI/Data, and Operations to ensure offers are compliant, aligned, and executed cleanly at scale.
- Support development of documentation and playbooks (standard work) for automation use cases, QA checks, escalation paths, and go/no-go readiness.

Skills
- Demonstrated experience with testing, measurement, and performance readouts (A/B tests, uplift analysis, conversion funnels).
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced promotional environment.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI; enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Essbase/SmartView/Hyperion) and comfort working with large-scale datasets.
