About the Role
Digitas’ world-class Precision team is responsible for all digital media activation in this increasingly addressable world, including display, video, mobile, audio, and native. With a deep understanding of media platforms, data, targeting strategies, and razor-sharp analytical skills, our Precision specialists deliver optimal solutions that drive our clients’ business forward. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital media professional to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands globally.
Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize all digital media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including platform media buying and direct-to-publisher programs, both independently and in support of Managers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform and publisher partners; assist analysts in managing these relationships.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including pacing, performance, troubleshooting, and optimization; guide analysts in proper procedures.
- Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports.
- Contribute to assessing media offerings and formulating proposals for new opportunities.
- Manage Prisma campaign setup, platform insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for launch.
- Traffic campaign tags into platform environments and run the QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
- Participate in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
- Act as a strategic partner to offshore resources, ensuring alignment on tasks and serving as the point of contact for questions.
- Develop and/or provide feedback on slides for client presentations as required.
- Present precision updates on internal and client statuses.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of digital ad experience at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech provider.
- Knowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, with familiarity in Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platforms.
- Strong data management and analytical skills; ability to derive insights from data and present them clearly.
- Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience.
- Ability to organize and manage detailed work with strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; poised, precise, and kind in professional interactions.
- A four-year college degree.
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will offer at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position.
