Senior Analyst - Portfolio Strategy and Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a best-in-class private markets portfolio management platform, integrating data, systems, and analytics to drive alpha.
• Deliver real-time insights and analysis to guide portfolio and investment decisions across private market strategies.
• Synthesize private market datasets, academic research, and external market insights to enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology teams to design scalable analytical solutions and institutionalize best practices.
• Utilize modern programming and data visualization tools to optimize workflows, improve analytical efficiency, and build prototype/MVP tools.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; this is a true Senior Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including hands-on experience with scientific computing libraries (pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
• Experience with financial and time-series data, including data pipeline development, transformation, and modeling.
• Familiarity with private markets systems and tools (e.g., WSO, eFront, Aladdin a plus).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.

Pay

USD120,000 - USD150,000 per year
