Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates fund-level models used to revalue current portfolio, produce fund-level return metrics, and evaluate the impact of various investment activities on future Fund performance
- Helps design and prepare materials and deliverables for presentation to internal committees, outside institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
- Marks financial and operational performance of all fund or vehicle assets. Identifies, designs, and implements asset-level operational improvements.
- Conducts financial analysis of investment opportunities, including the creation of detailed pro-forma and financial models. Gathers, compiles, investigates, and analyzes market data to identify potential investment opportunities, and prepares narrative investment memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries that provide insights on proposed investment activities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in real estate finance and/or investment banking. Asset underwriting experience is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is required in finance, business, or related field.
- Attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating high quality external presentations.
- Proficiency in AI systems. Experience with Claude and/or ClaudeCode is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Compensation
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
