Senior Analyst - Partnership Consulting
Overview
The Partner Consultation Group focuses on maximizing the value to each partner type at Edward Jones by providing both proactive and reactive support, guidance and education. You will be at the forefront of transforming wealth management practices—bringing a strategic, forward thinking mindset as you partner directly with branch teams to unlock growth in order to build enduring, high performing practices.
You will be responsible for consulting with individual FAs and FA teams in order to help them feel confident to make business decisions about their partner relationship with the firm and business decisions about their practice. Additionally, you will play an integral role in identifying policy, education and program opportunities for partner models and FA teaming.
What You'll Need
- A Bachelor's Degree is required with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred. A Business degree is acceptable.
- CPA or international country equivalent (CA, CGA, or CMA) or working towards designation is a plus.
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience is required (Customer service, accounting, financial services industry, or Edward Jones experience).
- A strong understanding of the financial services industry, including business models and compensation structures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver clear, impactful messages.
- A high level of discretion, judgement and professionalism.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- The capability to assist the leader in managing workflow and can act in a leadership capacity in the absence of a leader.
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- The ability to keep personal information (compensation, benefits, personal considerations, etc.) confidential.
