The Senior Analyst, Partnership plays a critical role in supporting account strategy development and enhancing partner relationships through data-driven insights and effective communication.

About the team: The team focuses on driving Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) growth by developing and executing account strategies, analyzing data trends, and enhancing partner relationships. Members collaborate across functions to resolve partner inquiries and optimize performance. They support partnership managers in onboarding and managing moderately complex partnerships while identifying opportunities for expansion. The team values effective communication, process improvement, and collaboration to deliver business solutions. Coaching and mentoring are integral to developing skills and knowledge within the team. Together, they uphold company standards and work diligently to meet customer and business needs with integrity and professionalism.

What you'll do

• Develop and provide input on account strategies by analyzing sales data and pricing rules to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with retail partners, addressing escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution of purchase order and product concerns.
• Support partner integration by researching requirements and assisting with onboarding processes for moderately complex partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, and marketing teams to resolve partner inquiries and improve performance.
• Generate reports, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to action plans that optimize partnership outcomes.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members to enhance skills and knowledge within the partnership team.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor degree in business or related field OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.

Additional Compensation

• Annual salary range: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 for Bentonville, AR location
• Annual salary range: $78,000.00 - $143,000.00 for Sunnyvale, CA location
• Performance-based bonuses
