Senior Analyst - On-site

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their finance team. This is a highly visible role that offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models
• Analyze business performance, key drivers, profitability trends, and cash flow impacts
• Partner with operational and business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvements
• Leverage business intelligence and analytics platforms to enhance reporting and improve decision-making
• Improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and data integrity across the organization
• Perform ad hoc strategic analyses and special projects for executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements, operational finance, and cash flow analysis
• Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or strategic growth initiatives preferred
• Strong proficiency with Excel and financial systems
• Experience with modern FP&A, analytics, and business intelligence tools preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
