The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for creating and delivering world-class marketing for differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Senior Analyst of Marketing Enablement oversees and maintains a portfolio of marketing campaigns across multiple channels—sometimes in partnership with external brands such as hospitality, travel, or financial industry partners. This role drives compliant, high-quality, and on-time end-to-end campaign execution, serving as a central source of expertise for internal marketing capabilities and the channels they own. The role ensures marketing strategies are met by assessing nuances, scope, and feasibility to translate into launch milestones. It also supports six contractors who implement end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental revenue and customer engagement, managing end-to-end campaign setup and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution for one or more channels on an ad-hoc basis.
- Support a team of contractors tasked with end-to-end marketing campaign setup and delivery in their respective channels.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and external partner teams to understand campaign objectives, develop go-to-market execution and testing plans, and implement marketing campaigns (including offer constructs and execution strategy for new offers, product launches, and refreshes) to engage customers across owned and partner channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on messaging and creative development, owning reviews with internal stakeholders and approvals with brand, legal, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain campaign execution calendars and track team capacity.
- Participate in campaign results analyses, understanding customer behavior and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance against goals.
- Uphold control management priorities by driving operational excellence across the risk management process.
- Assist with hiring and training new contractors and peers; mentor on ways of working and best practices.
- Maintain expertise in Marketingforce and support new platform enhancements and integration.
Requirements

- Marketing campaign execution experience preferred.
- Experience with onboarding, training, and/or people management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
