About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence will analyze data center and technology market trends to develop actionable intelligence for senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and business development. This role involves synthesizing market data, defining key metrics, and delivering data-driven insights on the data economy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Economy Strategy, you will play a critical role in advancing Constellation’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data center market trends and develop market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business development.
  • Track key developments, events, and metrics to understand data center market trends and create actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain market analyses, datasets, and reports to monitor and communicate intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data center market and its key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze key data sources, including news wires, earnings calls, company disclosures, regulatory filings, and data center facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, market intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in the data center market and broader data economy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage projects and resources collaboratively and independently.
  • Creative, intellectually curious, and strategic thinker with a track record of challenging assumptions.
  • Strong team player with a desire to explore new ideas and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, with experience integrating multiple datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Energy industry experience.
  • Finance or consulting experience.
  • Data center or technology-related experience.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for dataset analysis, research, and workflow optimization.
