Responsibilities
- Prescreen and evaluate Lender Finance opportunities
- Manage and negotiate loan documentation from start to close
- Underwrite and analyze borrower financials and portfolio risks
- Collaborate with Loan Officers to prepare credit overview materials
- Structure financing facilities and manage portfolio reviews
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics
- Engage in strategic initiatives to expand lending relationships
Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of underwriting experience in Lender Finance or Private Credit
- Strong knowledge in the Private Credit and Direct Lending ecosystem
- Experience evaluating lending platforms, loan portfolios, and structured credit transactions
- Advanced knowledge of credit analysis, including financial statements and risk assessment
- Strong client product and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities

$113,080 – $154,200 annually
