Responsibilities
- Takes moderate role in curative tracking process including leading developer/land agent calls and meetings, landowner communication, and coordination with legal team
- Supports senior Land Developer on specific projects
- Attends all internal project related meetings
- Covers and leads large-scale documentation mailouts
- Drafts large-scale documentation
- Communicates effectively with land administration, legal team, land agents, developers, landowners, and other counterparties
- Strengthens relationships with development and legal teams
- Provides administrative support to land development as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum two years’ work experience
- Moderate to strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. skills
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Skills
- Effective communication and efficiency
- Attention to timelines
- Review of contracts and agreements
- Proficiency in software platforms such as GIS, VAL, Curative Tracking App, Quorum, SAM, Oracle, and other company applications
- Strong working knowledge or experience with estoppel process
Pay
Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 USD
Annual Bonus: 15%
