Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,700.00 – $134,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Position Details The Senior Analyst, Global Procurement Strategy is responsible for transforming complex global procurement data into actionable business insights that support strategic and operational sourcing decisions. The role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical and financial frameworks, to enable performance monitoring, sourcing-risk assessment, and procurement optimization. Working independently on complex assignments, the position partners with business leaders and technical teams to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier and cost performance, and recommend data-driven solutions. The role leads defined global procurement analytics initiatives and serves as a subject matter resource for business intelligence tools, methodologies, visualization practices, and reporting standards. This position is Hybrid requiring 3 days per week in office at either the Lake Forest or Chicago, IL offices. You Will Lead the design, development, and enhancement of business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, scorecards, data visualizations, self-service analytics capabilities, analytical and financial models, and decision-support frameworks, to provide actionable insights for global procurement and functional leaders.Partner with stakeholders across business functions to gather requirements, translate business objectives into analytical solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve operational performance, customer outcomes, and strategic decision-making for global procurement by supporting sourcing objectives, supply-risk mitigation, cost competitiveness, and growth opportunities.Analyze complex and diverse data sets from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers using analytical techniques and business intelligence methodologies, including supplier performance, cost, country-of-origin, market intelligence, and financial analysis for global procurement.Develop and maintain data models, reporting frameworks, governance frameworks, metric definitions, and data quality standards to support consistent, accurate, scalable, and governed global procurement business intelligence assets and analytical outputs.Lead global procurement business intelligence projects and continuous improvement initiatives by providing technical guidance, mentoring less experienced analysts, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of reporting, visualization, analytics, process, and governance best practices.Global Procurement Strategy Child Only: Evaluate sole-source dependencies, country-of-origin exposure, supplier performance, macroeconomic and geopolitical factors, and cost savings, assortment optimization, or private-label opportunities to support product availability and business performance. You Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field required.3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics roles required.Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools such as R, Python, and SQL; data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI; and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and applying statistical, analytical, and data-modeling techniques to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and recommend actionable solutions.Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives, gathering and translating business requirements, influencing stakeholders, and communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data visualization principles, dashboard development, Key Performance Indicator design, and reporting frameworks used to support operational and strategic decision-making.
